In response to Thai government’s request, the Japan Fair Trade Commission (JFTC) has dispatched its official as a long-term expert to the Trade Competition Commission of Thailand (TCC), in cooperation with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).

In the light of this background, the TCC is aiming to build a support system to strengthen the capability of its staff. To this end, this dispatch aims to help the TCC improve their capacity to enforce the Act and to design the competition policy in Thailand, by providing them with the knowledge and advice of the expert.
